Job Description  

Position: Embedded R&D Engineer

Reported to: R&D Manager

Work location: Suzhou Industrial Park

Job responsibilities:

1. Development of new product control board

l   Responsible for the development of new product control boards, designing specific PCB boards based on functional requirements and input/output;

l   Familiar with digital circuits, familiar with commonly used digital circuit modules, such as sampling various circuits, filtering circuits, etc; e745c242-7323-44a3-8d45-188af99a70ba.jpg

l   Draw circuit schematic diagrams, component layout diagrams, printed circuit board diagrams, and establish a BOM table;

l   Manual welding of samples and preliminary functional testing;

l   Identify and resolve issues, and complete necessary testing for PCB board development, including high and low temperatures, aging, EMC, etc;

l   Collaborate with PLC software engineers to complete communication protocols, system debugging, etc;

l   Collaborate with the production team to complete electronic component procurement and assist in completing PCB production SMT processes, etc;

l   Organize and write design documents (manuals, testing standards, etc.);

l   Maintenance in the middle and later stages of the product, and improvement and enhancement based on on-site usage;

2. Existing product maintenance:

l   Assist the production team in solving problems encountered in daily production for existing PCB boards;

l    Assist in engineering changes, verification, and production of existing PCB boards;

l   Existing product VAVE project.

3. Support work:

l   Support the quality team to identify product issues and assist in analyzing the root cause.

l   Assist on-site engineers in resolving product installation and application issues on site.

Skill requirements:

1. Full time undergraduate/college majors in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, etc.

2. Work experience: 0-5 years.

3. Proficient in using software such as AD and Candence;

4. Familiar with knowledge of analog, digital, and circuit principles;

5. Familiar with the interface circuit design of communication modules such as 485, CAN, Ethernet port, 4G, etc;

6. Proficient in using testing equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, etc;

7. Familiar with 51 microcontroller, STM32, STM8 and other chips;
